How to hide/unhide any drive in your computer

a) If you want to hide any drive in PC then follow this methods - 

1) First of all press windows + r, then type regedit and press enter.

2) one window will appear named Registry editor.

3) Now, double click on -

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE→Software→Microsoft→Windows→Current version→Policies→Explorer

4) Right click on "EXPLORER", and select NEW→DWORD.

5) Type "NoDrives" in VALUE NAME field and "16(for E drive)" in VALUE TYPE field and select DECIMAL button and click on OK button

Note - Restart PC when complete this process (its mandatory)

b) If you want to unhide drive again -

1) repeat same steps as done in a)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE→Software→Microsoft→Windows→Current version→Policies→Explorer

2) under "EXPLORER" select VALUE NAME and VALUE TYPE like "NoDrives" and "16(for E drive)" and delete it and press OK button.

Note - Again restart your PC (its mandatory).
